GARRY R. ADAMS is an attorney with the law firm of Clay Frederick Adams, PLC, where he practices in the areas of employment law and civil rights. He is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Adams earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville - Brandeis School of Law. LISA A. SCHWEICKART is an assistant county attorney with the Jefferson County Attorney's Office, where she practices in the area of civil litigation. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. Ms. Schweickart earned her B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville. DONALD M. WAKEFIELD is a partner in the Lexington, Kentucky office of Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love LLP. His primary practice areas include administrative law, appellate practice, business law, collections, creditor's rights and bankruptcy, and general litigation and insurance defense, including civil rights and governmental defense. Mr. Wakefield has defended numerous cities and their police departments and officers throughout Kentucky. He earned his bachelor's degree from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, and simultaneously earned a law degree and a master's degree from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Wakefield is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and before the U.S. District courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Kentucky, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and also practices before various administrative agencies.
