BRANDIE L. HALL is a partner at Patrick, Leighton & Hall, PLLC of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. She is admitted to practice in the state of Kentucky; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky; and the U.S. Court of Veteran's Appeals. Ms. Hall is additionally accredited by the VA as an attorney representative assisting veterans in pursuing veteran's disability benefit claims. She enjoys working in a general practice setting however, more than half of her practice is comprised of Social Security disability and SSI cases. Furthermore, Ms. Hall has participated extensively in community service having served on several boards including Gateway Community Action; the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) -Lexington, local affiliate; NAMI - Kentucky, state affiliate; and Pathways, Inc. She earned her B.A. degree from Alice Lloyd College and her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky, College of Law. WILLIAM G. KNOEBEL is a partner in the firm of Knoebel & Vice with offices in Burlington and Maysville, Kentucky. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives. Since 1989 Mr. Knoebel has represented numerous claimant before the Social Security Administration. In addition to his practice of disability law, he handles workers' compensation and personal injury matters. Mr. Knoebel frequently speaks to professional groups on Social Security disability law, workers' compensation and personal injury law. He earned his B.A. degree from Thomas More College and his J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Mr. Knoebel's memberships include the Kentucky, Northern Kentucky and Mason County bar associations.
