C. SHAWN FOX is an attorney with the Louisville law firm of Seiller Waterman LLC, where he practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property and intellectual property litigation. He has lectured to community and professional groups on estate administration and litigation, guardianships and estate planning. Mr. Fox is a member of the probate and trust law section of the Louisville and the Kentucky bar associations; as well as the Louisville Estate Planning Council. He earned his B.A. degree in economics at Bellarmine College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, at the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. ANN E. GEORGEHEAD is a member of PNC Bank. Ms. Georgehead practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration and trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation, including ERISA litigation. She received her B.A. degree from Sweet Briar College and her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky in 1994. Ms. Georgehead is a member of the American, Kentucky, and Louisville bar associations, and recently passed the Florida bar exam. She is also active in various civil and community organizations. LEE D. RICHARDSON is the sole practitioner of Louisville Elder Law Advisor in Louisville, Kentucky, where he has concentrated his practice in the area of elder law. He has 30 years of experience in estate planning and probate law. He is a frequent lecturer at CLE events on estate planning, probate, and elder law, including the Kentucky Bar Association's Annual Meeting. Mr. Richardson earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Louisville (member, Estate Planning Section), Kentucky (member, Kentucky Elder Law Committee), and American bar associations (member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Section).
