She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Eastern Kentucky University and her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. TWILA MYNHIER BROOKS is a sole practitioner in Lexington, where her practice is devoted to estate planning, estate administration, corporate, tax and real estate law. She is an adjunct professor at the College of Business, Morehead State University and is a member of the Dickinson International Law Society. In addition, Ms. Brooks is a member of the Fayette County, Kentucky and American bar associations; and is admitted to practice in the tax court and the U.S. Supreme Court. She earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Morehead State University and her J.D. degree from The Dickinson School of Law. SARAH SLOAN is an attorney with Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC. She is a member of the Business Entities and Transactions Group, the Real Estate Finance Group, and the Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Ms. Wilson's main areas of practice include: trusts and estates, business services, and real estate finance and development. She is a member of the American, Kentucky and Fayette County bar associations; and the FCBA Women Lawyers' Association. Ms. Wilson is admitted to practice with the Kentucky Supreme Court; U.S Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky; U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky; Fayette Circuit Court; and Fayette District Court. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Kentucky and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law. EDWARD L. YANCY is a sole practitioner in Lexington, Kentucky.
