CONSTANCE ARD is an independent information professional with Answer Maven Solutions who has 14 years experience and expert research skills. Ms. Ard offers on-demand research and information and content management business consulting services. She specializes in e-discovery preparation and project management. Ms. Ard is an active information professional organization volunteer. She served as the chair of the legal division of the Special Libraries Association for 2010 and is a member of the New Member Outreach Committee for AIIP. Ms. Ard has served in many leadership roles throughout her career. Her latest publication, Legal Research in the Age of Open Law, was published in the September 2010 issue of Online. In October 2009, Ms. Ard completed her first published book: Next Generation Corporate Libraries and Information Services. JEFFREY L. FREY is a librarian in the law firm of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC, where he manages the library and is the Internet administrator. Mr. Frey is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute on Internet issues. He has spoken on Kentucky discovery skills for paralegals and Internet research for "Web Benefits." Mr. Frey is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries (Private Law Libraries Special Interest Section) and the Lexington Association of Law Libraries. He graduated from the University of Kentucky. MILLER MONTAGUE is an information consultant at Answer Maven Solutions. He has more than ten years of experience as a law librarian and a manager of information technology. Mr. Montague consults clients in the legal and information sectors. He has extensive experience developing and implementing policies and procedures pertaining to knowledge/electronic resources, including project management and email management. Mr. Montague also provides support in research, reference and search services, organizing electronic and print content, and e-discovery preparedness evaluation. He earned his MLS degree from the University of Kentucky and his B.A. degree from Birmingham Southern College. Mr. Montague is certified in enterprise content management and email management by the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM). He is a member of the American Library Association, American Association of Law Libraries, Special Libraries Association and Association for Information and Image Management.
