H. PHILIP GROSSMAN is a partner in the Louisville law firm of Grossman & Moore PLLC. He concentrates his practice in plaintiff's personal injury cases. These include medical negligence, including cerebral palsy and other birth trauma cases, product liability, automobile accident, truck accident and other cases involving injuries to people. The cases Mr. Grossman handles range in nature from those involving fractures and serious disabling injuries to those resulting in catastrophic injuries such as brain injury, paralysis and wrongful death. He graduated with his B.A. degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law. In 2003 he received the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law Distinguished Alumni Award and in 2007 he received the Louisville Bar Association Distinguished Service Award. Mr. Grossman has been recognized in the publication of Kentucky Super Lawyers 2007 and 2008, and is one of Louisville's Top Lawyers as Picked by Their Peers, 2008. JOHN W. PHILLIPS is a partner in the litigation firm of Phillips Parker Orberson & Arnett P.L.C., in Louisville, Kentucky. He has been a litigator specializing in the field of insurance defense and professional liability for the last 29 years. Mr. Phillips has previously lectured for National Business Institute on medical malpractice and trial practice topics. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Phillips is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American bar associations, and the Kentucky Justice Association, the Defense Research Institute, and is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. HANS G.
