ROY FUGITT is a sole practitioner in Winchester. Mr. Fugitt has been an attorney for more than 30 years and focuses his practice on collections, bankruptcy, real estate and foreclosure. He is an occasional speaker on these topics at various professional associations, including the Fayette County and Clark County bar associations. Mr. Fugitt earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Kentucky. He is a member of the Clark County and Kentucky bar associations. PETER M. GANNOTT is a shareholder at Alber Crafton, PSC, in Louisville, Kentucky, where his practice focuses on the areas of business bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial collections, and complex commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Gannott has acted as lead counsel for numerous jury trials, bench trials, and appeals. He is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Maryland and West Virginia, and is admitted before ten district courts, three circuit courts, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Gannott speaks in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and construction litigation, and serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Louisville. He graduated with Honors from the University of Illinois and earned his law degree from the Washington College of Law, American University, in Washington, D.C. STEVEN A. SNOW is a sole practitioner in Louisville, where he practices in the areas of collections, domestic relations and family law. He has spoken to the Louisville Bar Association on topics relating to his areas of practice. Mr. Snow earned his B.A. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. and M.A. degrees from the University of Louisville. He is a member of the Louisville and the Kentucky bar associations.
