June 21 - Louisville DENISE BROWN is the managing attorney with Denise Brown's Legal Direction in Louisville, where she represents debtors, creditors and businesses in Chapter 7, 13; adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy; and defends foreclosure actions. Ms. Brown earned her B.A. degree in economics from Howard University and her J.D. degree from Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. She is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville State bar associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. MARC H. LEVY has been a sole practitioner in Louisville for 30 years. For the last 14 years, he has practiced exclusively in the areas of bankruptcy and foreclosure defense. He received his A.B. degree from Western Kentucky University and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville School of Law. THOMAS BUNCH SR. is a partner in the Lexington law firm of Bunch & Brock, where his practice focuses on reorganization under bankruptcy code law, and business restructuring. Mr. Bunch frequently lectures to various professional groups on bankruptcy issues. He is an associate member of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges. HARRIS is an attorney with the firm of DelCotto Law Group PLLC, where she focuses her practice on consumer and commercial bankruptcies and workouts. Ms. Harris earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Centre College and her J.D. degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. He primarily represents individuals and businesses in workouts, collection and foreclosure cases, bankruptcies and adversary proceedings, although he also represents creditors in bankruptcy and adversary cases. Mr. Langdon earned his B.A. degree from Centre College, his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky and his M.S. degree from the University of Kentucky. MILLER is a sole practitioner in Nicholasville, Kentucky, where he practices primarily in bankruptcy, as trustee and counsel for both debtors and creditors.
