DRAYER BOTT SPURLOCK is an attorney with the firm of Napier & Associates, P.S.C., where she focuses her practice on creditor issues and business transactions. She has represented various sized businesses, from small proprietorships to major corporations, in addition to banks and other financial institutions. Ms. Spurlock has spoken frequently on retail and commercial collections and related topics. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Kentucky and before the U.S. District Court, Western and Eastern districts of Kentucky. Ms. Spurlock earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from the University of Louisville.

PETER M. GANNOTT is a shareholder at Alber Crafton, PSC in Louisville, Kentucky, where his practice focuses on the areas of business bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial collections, and complex commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Gannott has acted as lead counsel for numerous jury trials, bench trials, and appeals. He is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Maryland and West Virginia. He is admitted before ten district courts, three circuit courts, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Gannott speaks in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and construction litigation, and serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Louisville. He graduated with honors from the University of Illinois and earned his law degree from the Washington College of Law, American University in Washington, D.C.

TIM ROURKE is a licensed private investigator with Lam-Tracker Detective Agency and has more than 25 years of experience.
