TIM J. LARSON maintains a private practice of law in Wichita, Kansas, where he concentrates in the areas of elder law, estate and business planning. He is a frequent speaker on estate planning issues and has co-written the books Legacy: Plan, Protect and Preserve Your Estate, Generations: Planning Your Legacy and Strictly Business, a book dedicated solely to the special planning concerns faced by small business owners. KIRK NYSTROM is the principal of Nystrom Law Office, in Topeka, Kansas, with extensive experience in the areas of senior law, estate planning, real estate and probate law. He earned his LL.M. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, his B.B.A. degree, School of Business Scholar, from Washburn University, and his J.D. degree, Barrister's Society, from Washburn University School of Law. Mr. Nystrom marketed real estate and held a Kansas real estate broker's license before he began practicing law. He taught real estate fundamentals at Washburn University, and he often lectures for various professional groups. Mr. Nystrom is a member of the Probate Committee of the Topeka Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. (Overland Park location) A. VAUGHN TOLLE is a shareholder in the Wichita firm of Busey & Tolle, Chartered. Mr. Tolle has concentrated the emphasis of his practice in the areas of taxation, probate and corporate law since 1979. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Kansas. Mr. Tolle has previously spoken on probate law to professional groups and is a member of the Wichita Bar Association. WILKES is a partner in the law firm of Wilkes & Dunn, where she practices in the areas of probate, estate planning, real estate, small business and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Wilkes earned her B.A. degree from Wichita State University and her J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Oklahoma. She taught legal professionals for more than 20 years at both Johnson County Community College and Kansas City Kansas Community College. Ms. Wilkes has spoken at seminars for lawyers, primarily in the field of estate planning and probate.
