MATT BARBERICH is a consulting manager of Marks, Nelson, Vohland, Campbell & Radetic, LLC. The vast majority of his time is devoted to business valuations, forensic accounting and litigation support services. In his time at Marks, Nelson, Vohland, Campbell & Radetic, LLC, he has been involved in more than 200 business valuations of closely-held companies in a wide-variety of industries. In addition, Mr. Barberich has been involved in more than 25 forensic accounting and/or litigation support matters. He has been designated as an expert witness in several litigated matters, and has previously provided grand jury testimony as an expert witness (his testimony is currently under court seal). Mr. Barberich earned his CPA certificate from the state of Kansas and the state of Missouri. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Pittsburgh State University, and his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Pittsburgh State University. Mr. Barberich was a KSCPA gold key winner on the uniform CPA examination in the state of Kansas. He is also a licensed CPA in Kansas. Mr. Barberich has been designated as a "Certified Internal Auditor" from the Institute of Internal Auditors; a "Certified Fraud Examiner" from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; a "Certified in Financial Forensics" from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and an "Accredited Member" in the business valuation specialty from the American Society of Appraisers. JOSEPH W. BOOTH is an attorney at the Law Offices of Joseph W. Booth, where he works as counsel and as an arbitrator. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Washburn School of Law, lecturing on collaborative law. Mr. Booth's practice includes family law, arbitration, adoption, surrogate parenting contracts and appellate practice. He lectures nationwide to private practice attorneys, as well as military lawyers on family law issues, including property valuations, child custody, child support and litigation. Mr. Booth earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Ottawa University, his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Washburn School of Law, and his master's degree from St. Paul's School of Theology. He is on drafting committees of the Uniform Laws Commission (formally NCCUSL) as the ABA liaison, drafting the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA) and developing a Uniform Statute on Parental Relocation. Mr. Booth is a member of the Publications Board of the American Bar Association Family Law Section; he published "A Guide for Assisting Military Families with the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA)," Family Law Quarterly (Summer 2009); and he is a contributing writer for the Matthew Bender Project for the Texas Family Law Handbook. He also is a contributing writer to two editions of the Administrative Manual for Nurse-Midwifery Services, and provides legal advice and training to the ACNM and their members. Mr. Booth is a member of the Earl O'Connor Inns of Court, and a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and The Missouri Bar. Mr. Booth is the past chair of the Child Support Committee and is chair for the long-range planning for the American Bar Association Family Law Section. He is licensed to practice before the state and federal bars of Kansas and Missouri, as well as the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. BRUCE D. MAYFIELD is a solo practitioner in Overland Park, Kansas who has been practicing in the area of family for 25 years. He is a former Kansas State Representative and former Administrative Judge for the Kansas Department of Revenue. Mr. Mayfield is a Designated Case Manager and is Supreme Court Approved Mediator in both civil and family law. He earned his B.S. Degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from Washburn University of Topeka and is a Johnson County Bar Fellow and a member of the Kansas and American bar associations. ROBERT T.P. METCALF JR. CPA/ABV, CVA, CBA, ASA is the business valuation member of the accounting firm of Marks, Nelson, Vohland, Campbell & Radetic, LLC, where he devotes a majority of his time to performing business valuations and providing litigation support services, including expert witness testimony. Mr. Metcalf is a certified public accountant and holds a license to practice in Kansas and Missouri. He is a graduate of Harvard University with a degree in economics. Mr. Metcalf is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Institute of Business Appraisers and the American Society of Appraisers. He has earned an "Accredited in Business Valuation" designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a "Certified Valuation Analyst" designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and a "Certified Business Appraiser" designation from the Institute of Business Appraisers.
