McCLAIN E. BRYANT is an associate with Husch Blackwell LLP. She handles disputes for the firm's government compliance, investigations and litigation group with an emphasis on healthcare compliance. Ms. Bryant also assists clients with compliance with governmental ethics and election law. She also practices in business litigation, representing commercial clients in a variety of other matters. CHAD W. LAMER is an of counsel attorney with Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP in the firm's economic development incentives project solutions group. He works primarily in the areas of construction law, land use and zoning, real estate development and finance, and municipal law. Mr. Lamer also is among the few attorneys who are LEED accredited in the Kansas City area. As a LEED accredited professional, he joins a select group of attorneys who can offer clients advice and counsel based on a thorough understanding of the green building practices and principles of the LEED rating system.
