ERIC D. BRUCE is a partner in the law firm of Bruce, Bruce & Lehman LLC, in Wichita. Mr. Bruce has written and co-written many articles, and he was the co-editor of the Kansas Bar Association Bankruptcy Handbook (2nd ed., also, author of Chapter 5A), and co-wrote Secured Transactions Handbook for Wisconsin Lawyers and Lenders, University of Wisconsin Law School and University of Wisconsin Extension. He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and an associate member of the National Conference of Chapter 13 Trustees. Mr. Bruce practices in the areas of bankruptcy, collections, real estate and insolvency. He is a member of the Wichita, Kansas and American bar associations. Mr. Bruce earned his B.A. degree from the University of Chicago and his J.D. degree from Washburn University of Topeka. RICK HODGE JR. is a sole practitioner in Kansas, where he practices in bankruptcy and real estate, foreclosures and personal injury. Mr. Hodge graduated with a B.A. degree from Friends University, in political science and in history, and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. In addition, he received advanced certification in business law with a concentration in financial services and commercial law from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Mr. Hodge speaks at local and regional events on various financial and legal topics. He has written several articles for legal publications on topics including auto title lending, identity theft, payday lending, bankruptcy reorganization and other related matters. He is admitted to the State of Kansas and for the U.S. District Court - District of Kansas. Mr. Hodge is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Wichita Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Conference on Consumer Finance Law. ROBERT MINTER is the managing member of the law firm of Minter & Pollak in Wichita, Kansas, where his primary areas of practice are commercial, bankruptcy, banking, real estate, business law and estate/probate matters. He is a frequent speaker on banking, corporate business matters and related matters and litigation involving the same. Mr. Minter earned his B.A. degree from Friends University and his J.D. degree from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas. He has served on the Board of Directors of four area banks, and he previously served as a director and secretary of a public trading company traded on NASDAQ. Mr. Minter has served as secretary for several local and regional corporations. He is a member of the American, Wichita and Kansas bar associations.
