K. KIRK NYSTROM is the principal of Nystrom Law Office, in Topeka, Kansas, with extensive experience in the areas of senior law, estate planning, real estate and probate law. He earned his LL.M. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, his B.B.A. degree, School of Business Scholar, from Washburn University, and his J.D. degree, Barrister's Society, from Washburn University School of Law. SARAH S.
