DAVID M. EISENBERG is a partner in the Kansas City, Missouri, ALFA law firm of Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice, L.L.C., where he represents employers in all aspects of employment law and labor relations matters. Mr. Eisenberg maintains an active litigation practice in federal and state courts (primarily in Kansas and Missouri), and before the EEOC, NLRB and state administrative agencies. He was selected to Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers each year since the program's inception. Mr. Eisenberg is a graduate of Brooklyn College, holds a master's degree in economics from Brown University and a law degree from Georgetown University. KIMBERLY F. SETEN is a partner in the Kansas City, Missouri law firm of Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP, where she practices in the area of labor and employment law. She co-wrote a chapter in the Kansas Employment Law Handbook and has lectured to various professional groups on labor and employment law, FMLA, ADA and wage and hour issues. Ms. Seten is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (past co-chair, Labor and Employment Law Committee) and the Western Missouri Society for Human Resource Management. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Illinois and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami. RIK N. SIRO is a senior partner at Siro Smith Dickson, P.C., where he practices in personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Mr. Siro is licensed to practice in Missouri and California and is admitted to practice in all courts of the states of Missouri and California, The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, The U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and The Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal for the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th Circuits. He also acts as a mediator in civil disputes in the areas of employment law and personal injury. Mr. Siro is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The California Bar Associations (Inactive), The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, The Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (Board of Governors 1998-2005), The Missouri Bar and the National Employment Lawyers Association. JILL WALDMAN is an attorney with the Overland Park law firm of Fisher, Patterson, Sayler & Smith, L.L.P., where she practices in the area of employment law. Ms. Waldman offers an array of legal services for employers, including employment litigation, defense and counseling. Ms. Waldman earned her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina and her LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. She is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar and the Defense Research Institute.
