JONATHAN C. BECKER is a sole practitioner in Lawrence. Mr. Becker has been practicing bankruptcy law for 22 years. He also practices in the areas of landlord/tenant law. Mr. Becker is a lecturer on bankruptcy at the Johnson Community College. He is a member of the Douglas County and Kansas bar associations and past president of the Douglas County Criminal Defense Bar Association and past president of Hugh Means American Inn of Court. Mr. Becker received his B.A. degree from Kalamazoo College and his J.D. degree from the University of Kansas. ANTHONY L. GOSSERAND is a partner in the law firm of King Hershey, where he practices in the areas of civil trial practice, appellate practice and real estate litigation. He has lectured to attorneys on litigation and trial practice issues. Mr. Gosserand earned his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. During his last two years of law school, Mr. Gosserand was a teaching assistant of legal writing and research. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. JULIE A. HAVERLY ANDERSON is a member of Wise & Anderson, LLC, where she concentrates her practice in debt collection, landlord tenant law, and creditor-related litigation. She is a member of The Missouri Bar and Kansas and Nebraska bar associations. She is admitted to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, the United States Eastern and Western District Courts of Missouri, the United States District Court of Kansas, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Kansas and Missouri. Ms. Haverly Anderson has been the speaker at continuing legal education classes sponsored by the Kansas Bar Association, The Missouri Bar and other organizations, as well as, being a guest speaker on Fox 4 News and 1510 AM Radio regarding landlord-tenant law, collections, foreclosures and related areas. She graduated from William Jewell College, magna cum laude, in 2000 and the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School in 2004.
