ALLAN A. HAZLETT is a sole practitioner in Topeka, where he practices in the area of adoption law, with a large portion of his practice resulting from referrals of both independent and agency adoptions. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting, and his law degree from the University of Kansas. Mr. Hazlett has lectured to numerous adoptive parents' organizations and groups concerning adoptions and is called regularly by the local news media for both background information and attribution on adoption related issues. Mr. Hazlett is an adjunct professor at Washburn University School of Law teaching adoption law. He was a technical advisor for a television series regarding the adoption process and a consultant for a television program with segments on adoption fraud. Mr. Hazlett is a member of the Topeka Bar Association and past president of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He was named an “Angel in Adoption” by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute, after being nominated by Senator Sam Brownback.

KEVIN W. KENNEY is a sole practitioner in Prairie Village, Kansas. His main areas of practice are adoption law, family law, workers' compensation and estate planning. Mr. Kenney is a member of The American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, The Missouri Bar and the Kansas Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Northern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from the University of Kansas City.

CRAIG A. LUBOW is an attorney in Kansas City, Kansas where he practices in the areas of family law, divorce, child custody and support and criminal defense. Mr. Lubow has lectured on family and juvenile law issues to various professional groups including National Business Institute and the Kansas Bar Association. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri and his J.D. degree from Hamline University. Mr. Lubow is a member of American Civil Liberties Union.
