MATT BARBERICH is a consulting manager of Marks, Nelson, Vohland, Campbell & Radetic, LLC. The vast majority of his time is devoted to business valuations, forensic accounting and litigation support services. In his time at Marks, Nelson, Vohland, Campbell & Radetic, LLC, he has been involved in more than 200 business valuations of closely-held companies in a wide-variety of industries. In addition, Mr. Barberich has been involved in more than 25 forensic accounting and/or litigation support matters. He has been designated as an expert witness in several litigated matters, and has previously provided grand jury testimony as an expert witness (his testimony is currently under court seal). Mr. Barberich earned his CPA certificate from the state of Kansas and the state of Missouri. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Pittsburgh State University, and his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Pittsburgh State University. Mr. Barberich was a KSCPA gold key winner on the uniform CPA examination in the state of Kansas. He is also a licensed CPA in Kansas. Mr. Barberich has been designated as a "Certified Internal Auditor" from the Institute of Internal Auditors; a "Certified Fraud Examiner" from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; a "Certified in Financial Forensics" from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and an "Accredited Member" in the business valuation specialty from the American Society of Appraisers. G. CRAIG ROBINSON is in private practice in Wichita where his practice emphasizes in criminal, civil and business areas of the law. He is a participant on the court appointment list for the criminal, traffic and juvenile departments of the Sedgwick County District Court. Mr. Robinson has represented several colleagues before the Kansas Disciplinary Board in Topeka, Kansas. Mr. Robinson graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 1979. He moved to Wichita and worked as an assistant Sedgwick County counselor until 1981, when he started his private practice. He has been a sole practitioner for 30 years. Mr. Robinson is a member of the Wichita and Kansas bar associations. He is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. DANIEL M. RUNION is an attorney in the law firm of Shaffer Lombardo & Shurin, in Kansas City, Missouri, and the principal of Forensic Financials LLC. Mr. Runion's work for Shaffer Lombardo & Shurin focuses on transactional, tax planning and corporate law, while Forensic Financials LLC provides valuation and forensic accounting services for attorneys. He has more than 20 years of diversified professional experience in accounting, finance, law, tax and business. Mr. Runion is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Kansas, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst. He earned his B.B.A. degree in accounting and finance from Washburn University, his J.D. degree from Washburn School of Law and his LL.M. degree in tax from the University of Missouri.
