ANDREW R. FALKis an attorney with the Indiana Office of Attorney General, and practices in the Criminal Appeals Division. Mr. Falk earned his B.A. degree, with highest distinction and university honors, from Indiana University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Falk was executive notes editor of the Indiana Law Review. Mr. Falk previously worked in the Indianapolis law firm of Kroger, Gardis & Regas, LLP, where he practiced in the areas of litigation and appeals. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Brent E. Dickson, Supreme Court of Indiana, and as judicial clerk to the Honorable Kenneth L. Ryskamp, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. Mr. Falk is a member of the American and Indiana State bar associations. SARA A. HOOK is Professor of Informatics, Indiana University School of Informatics, IUPUI, where she has developed a suite of courses in the emerging field of legal informatics. She is also an adjunct professor of law in the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, where she teaches courses in intellectual property law and professional responsibility. Formerly, she was Associate Dean of the Faculties for IUPUI and Head Librarian at the IU School of Dentistry. She holds a B.A. degree in history and an M.L.S. degree (library science) from the University of Michigan, an M.B.A. degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and a J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. Professor Hook was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1994. During law school, she was executive notes editor of the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review, co-chair of the Dean's Tutorial Society, and finished second in the Client Counseling Competition. Professor Hook's research interests include intellectual property law, the emerging field of legal informatics and ways to enhance creativity in teaching and learning. Professor Hook is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the Indiana State Bar Association, the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and the American Association for State and Local History (AASLH). She regularly publishes and gives presentations on intellectual property law, electronic discovery, legal technology, legal research techniques and issues related to privacy and security. CHRISTOPHER C. MURRAY is an attorney at the law firm of Ogletree Deakins, where he represents management in individual and class action litigation. He defends companies in wage and hour, discrimination, harassment and other employment-related lawsuits in federal and state court and before administrative agencies. Mr. Murray also prosecutes and defends actions involving non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and other contract claims. He advises companies concerning the retention and organization of documents and data in both the ordinary course of business and litigation in the area of records management and electronic discovery. Mr. Murray was an articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law in law school. Following law school, he also served as a law clerk for Judge Fred I. Parker of the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. Mr. Murray earned his B.A. degree from Case Western Reserve University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Indianapolis (secretary, Executive Committee of the Labor and Employment Section) and American (Labor and Employment Sections) bar associations, as well as the Indiana State Bar Association.
