KINCAID has served as a Judge in the Boone County Superior Court since 2003 and is currently the presiding Judge of the County Superior Court 1. HON. KAREN M. LOVE is a Judge in the Hendricks County Superior Court and currently presides over Superior Court 3. HON. SHERYL LYNCH is a Commissioner in the Paternity Division of the Marion County Circuit Court, where she presides over child support, visitation, custody and protective order matters. HON. PATRICK L. McCARTY has served as a Judge in the Marion County Superior Court since 1991 and currently presides over Civil Court D03. HON. CHRIS D. MONROE is a Judge in the Bartholomew County Superior Court and currently presides over Superior Court 1. HON. DEBORAH J. SHOOK is the Master Commissioner in Marion County Superior Courts 4 and 13. She has served as a Commissioner since 2003. HON. HEATHER A. WELCH has served as a Judge in the Marion County Superior Court since 2007 and currently presides over Civil Court 12.
