DAVID D. DEETER is an attorney with the Indianapolis law firm of Dale & Eke, P.C., where he practices in the areas of estate planning and probate. He has lectured to various professionals on estate planning topics. Mr. Deeter earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame, while attending the University of Innsbruck, Innsbruck, Austria, during his sophomore year. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. Mr. Deeter is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association (Probate and Real Property Section), and the Indianapolis and American bar associations. He is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis, and an estate planning and administration specialist certified by the Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. SUZANNE E. KATT is an attorney with the firm of Cremer & Cremer in Indianapolis. She practices primarily in the areas of trust and estate litigation, estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Katt is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association. She is also past chair of the Probate, Trust and Real Property Section and chair of the Section Publications Committee. Ms. Katt is a member of the Indianapolis Estate Planning Council. She is a registered civil mediator and graduated from the Maurer School of Law. ANN M. O'HARA is a partner in the Hamilton County law firm of Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim. Ms. O'Hara joined the firm in 2005. She currently practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, municipal law and general business representation. Ms. O'Hara served as an adjunct professor in Individual Federal Taxation at the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University and was a lecturer on Federal Estate and Gift Tax for the Indianapolis Bar Association's Bar Review Course from 1999-2010. Ms. O'Hara earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from St. Joseph's College; and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. Ms. O'Hara is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Hamilton County Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.ANDREW SUMERFORD is an attorney with Meils Thompson & Dietz, where he practices in the areas of insurance defense, estate planning, probate, family law, construction law and general civil practice. He earned his B.S. degree, in finance, from Indiana University; and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis.
