March 24 - Merrillville JEFFREY W. CLYMER has opened a law practice at the Valparaiso firm of Martz & Boyles. He practices in the areas of mediation, arbitration, personal injury and civil litigation. He is an adjunct professor at Valparaiso University School of Law and a fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation. Mr. Clymer received his B.A. degree from Kalamazoo College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Valparaiso Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Indiana, the State Bar of Michigan and the American Inn of Court, Porter County Chapter. Mr. Clymer is a former president of the Porter County Bar Association and a former delegate to the Indiana State Bar Association House of Delegates. DAVID S. GLADISH is a sole practitioner for the Law Office of David Gladish P.C., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, bad faith litigation, and civil rights. Mr. Gladish is a board-certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. GEORGE S. IVANCEVICH is an attorney with the Merrillville law firm of Johnson & Rappa, LLC, where his civil litigation practice includes personal injury work for plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Ivancevich was engaged in the practice of law, concentrating in the area of general civil litigation, until 1997 when he was appointed Probate Commissioner for the Lake County Indiana, Circuit Court. In 1999, Mr. Ivancevich was appointed Magistrate of the Lake County Indiana, Circuit Court Civil Division and served in that capacity until 2003 when he was transferred to the Circuit Court, Family Court Division. In 2005, Mr. Ivancevich decided to return to private practice. He has lectured to attorneys on matters related to probate and civil litigation. Mr. Ivancevich is a certified mediator and is a member of several professional organizations including, the Indiana State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Lake County Indiana Bar Association and is a Master member of the Calumet American Inn of Court. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from The John Marshall School of Law. March 31 - Indianapolis DANIEL J. BUBA is a personal injury trial lawyer with the law firm of Doehrman Chamberlain in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Buba represents a variety of personal injury clients, including traumatic brain injury victims and clients injured as a result of interstate truck crashes, motor vehicle collisions, and construction site accidents. Prior to joining Doehrman Chamberlain, He practiced as an in-house defense lawyer for a large insurance company, representing a variety of commercial clients, including truck drivers, trucking companies and construction companies. Mr. Buba earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Since law school, he has maintained a practice in the Indianapolis area. Mr. Buba is active in the legal community on both the local and national level. Over the years he has held multiple officer and board member positions with the Indianapolis Bar Association, and served as president of the Bar Association in 2008. Mr. Buba has served on the Board of Directors of AAJ's Interstate Trucking Litigation Group since 2007, and is currently serving in the officer position of Secretary for the ITLG. GEORGE HOFFMAN III is a managing partner for the law firm Hoffman Admire & Newcomb, where he practices general litigation, but focuses on criminal, personal injury and medical negligence/malpractice trial work. LUTE COSTELLA started her legal career as in-house counsel focused on insurance defense, including coverage disputes, fraud and automobile liability. Ms. Lute Costella then joined a multi-state law firm in northwest Indiana, and now practices with the law firm of Metzger Rosta LLP, based in Noblesville, Indiana. Her litigation practice is concentrated in the areas of insurance and self-insured corporation defense, including contractual, automobile, trucking, products and premises liability, as well as restaurant liability. She has tried cases to juries and the bench in many counties throughout the state of Indiana. Ms. Lute Costella is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana, and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. She earned her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana, and her Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree from Purdue University. MIRIAM A. RICH is a partner in the law firm of Gonzalez, Saggio & Harlan, L.L.P., where she defends civil tort and workers' compensation cases. Ms. Rich has defended personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, and commercial litigation cases throughout the state of Indiana, trying numerous cases to the bench and to juries, and handling appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court. Ms. Rich is also a certified mediator. She has lectured for Indiana CLE on litigation and workers' compensation issues.
