JEFFREY W. CLYMER has opened a law practice at the Valparaiso firm of Martz & Boyles. He practices in the areas of mediation, arbitration, personal injury and civil litigation. Mr. Clymer is an adjunct professor at Valparaiso University School of Law and a fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation. He earned his B.A. degree from Kalamazoo College, and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Valparaiso Law School. Mr. Clymer is a member of the State Bar of Indiana, the State Bar of Michigan and the American Inn of Court, Porter County Chapter. He is a former president of the Porter County Bar Association and a former delegate to the Indiana State Bar Association House of Delegates. GEOFFREY G. GIORGI is an attorney in Merrillville, Indiana and was admitted to practice in 1992, joining a general practice firm with his family, where he has concentrated his own practice in litigation matters of all kinds, including personal injury, business, real estate, probate and construction litigation. Mr. Giorgi also practices family law with a high concentration of cases in the Lake County Juvenile Court. His trial experience in these matters is as varied as his practice. Mr. Giorgi has been an adjunct professor at Valparaiso University, teaching intellectual property law and a survey course presenting a varied curriculum in the Communication Law Department. He has been a repeat guest lecturer for Citizens Federal Bank and a drafting presenter at National Business Institute's seminar on opening statements. Mr. Giorgi has assisted the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association by preparing an amicus curiae brief on the issue of the repayment of Medicaid liens in personal injury litigation, an opinion which was approved for publication. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Miami University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. While in law school, he was named to the Order of Barristers, and was a finalist in the American Bar Association National Moot Court Competition, advancing to the competition held in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association. DAVID S. GLADISH is a sole practitioner for the Law Office of David Gladish P.C. He is a graduate of Calumet College of St. Joseph, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Gladish was selected as the Outstanding Criminal Justice Graduate, as well as a member of Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities. He earned his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University - School of Law. Mr. Gladish is admitted to the Indiana State and Illinois State and Lake County bar associations, East Chicago bar associations and the Indiana Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice before the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, Northern District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Gladish is a board certified civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a member with the Rank of Advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a 2010-11 member of Indiana's Top 100 Trial Lawyers as selected by The National Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Indiana Super Lawyers - 2010 & 2011. He is an adjunct faculty member at Calumet College of St. Joseph teaching Legal Research & Writing I and II, as well as a legal commentator for WJOB radio.
