MARK R. GALLIHER is an attorney at Doyle Legal Corporation, P.C., where his practice focuses in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation, and secured creditor representation. Mr. Galliher earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Wabash College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He was admitted to the Indiana State Bar Association. Mr. Galliher also is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit; and U.S. District courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana. He served as Law Clerk to the Hon. James B. Young, Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Hon. Nicholas W. Sufana, U.S. Bankruptcy Court. ANDREA L. HERMER is a shareholder with the Indianapolis law firm of Benesch/Dann Pecar, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and utility law. Ms. Hermer acquired extensive experience in commercial real estate matters as in-house counsel with Duke Realty Corporation. She draws on that experience today when assisting real estate clients in negotiating and documenting different types of transactions, including the acquisition and development of unimproved land, shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, commercial leases, construction agreements and development and construction loans. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Utility Law Section), the Indiana State Bar Association (Utility Law Section) and Indy-CREW-Network of Commercial Real Estate Women. Ms. Hermer earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University and J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington. JASON P. LUEKING is a partner in the Indianapolis law firm of Bamberger, Foreman, Oswald and Hahn, LLP, where he practices in the areas of real estate, business and banking law. Mr. Lueking brings his technical background and practical experience to solve his clients' legal problems. He gained engineering and surveying experience working for a major national coal company with mining locations in southern Indiana. Mr. Lueking earned his B.S.C.E degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and his J.D. degree from Indiana University. He is a member of the American, Kentucky State and Indiana State bar associations. NORMAN R. NEWMAN is the senior partner in the Indianapolis office of Benesch/Dann Pecar. He graduated with distinction from the Indiana University School of Law. Mr. Newman practices in the areas of real estate law, environmental law and construction law and he is the author of numerous articles on these subjects. He also has lectured on these topics for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF), the International Council of Shopping Centers and other organizations. Mr. Newman is an adjunct professor at the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. He also is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and is listed in Who's Who in American Law, The Best Lawyers in America and Indiana Super Lawyers 2010. MARY A. SLADE is the senior attorney and managing attorney for the Indianapolis office of Plunkett Cooney, P.C. Ms. Slade is admitted to practice in Indiana. She graduated from Butler University with a degree in international studies and earned her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. Ms. Slade was a co-founder and the executive production editor for the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review. She was licensed as a corporate counsel with the Virginia State Bar. Prior to joining Plunkett Cooney, P.C., Ms. Slade worked for five years as the vice president regional claims counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Company in Virginia; she also has been assistant regional counsel and an agency underwriter for Ticor, Chicago Title and Security Union, and a deputy prosecutor for the prosecuting attorney of Marion County, Indiana. During her tenure at Stewart, she also has been the claims counsel and state counsel for Stewart in Indiana. Ms. Slade has served as the Education Chairperson for the Indiana Land Title Association and Stewart's Indiana Real Estate Director for accredited real estate broker and salesperson courses. Her programs on title insurance and/or claims have been accredited for title insurance license or attorneys license credit in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
