CATHERINE S. CHRISTOFF is a partner with Christoff & Christoff. Ms. Christoff concentrates her practice on estate planning, family law (divorce and post-dissolution matters), real estate, Social Security Disability, adoptions, name changes, guardianships, estate administration and non-profit incorporations. She also is an active participant in the Model Court Program, where she proudly serves as guardian ad litem or pauper attorney for families with children in need of services (CHINS). Ms. Christoff earned her B.S. degree from Northwestern University, her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington and her L.L.M. degree from Christian Albrecht University-Kiel, Germany. She was an adjunct professor at Indiana University/Purdue University Fort Wayne from 1991 to 1992. Ms. Christoff also is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association's Written Publications Committee, and the American Citizenship Committee. She also is a proud volunteer at the annual Write-A-Will Day for Easter Seals Arc, and enjoys volunteering for the Volunteer Lawyer's Program with regard to guardianships and domestic relations matters. TRACY L. TROYER is a partner with the Fort Wayne law firm of Boeglin, Troyer & Gerardot, PC, where she practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships and elder law. Legal services include client conferences, drafting of various estate planning documents including Medicaid planning, wills and trusts, preparation of federal estate tax and Indiana inheritance tax returns, court appearances, and administration of both probate and trust estates. Ms. Troyer has written and presented for National Business Institute and the Indiana State Bar Association forum for continuing education where she was a member of the panel discussion on issues of nonprobate transfers and spousal rights. She is a member of the Allen County (member and former co-chair of the Probate, Trust and Tax Section) and Indiana State bar associations, the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council, the Early Childhood Alliance and is a member of the Mayor's Senior Advisory Council. She is also a board member for the Better Business Bureau. She earned her B.S. degree from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. NATHAN S. J. WILLIAMS is an attorney at the law firm of Shambaugh Kast Beck & Williams, where he has practiced in the areas of estate planning, estate settlement, taxation, charities, business organizations, litigation and domestic relations for more than seven years. Mr. Williams previously has spoken at the Allen County Bar Association's Estate Planning seminar on disclaimers. He is a member of the Allen County and Indiana State bar associations and the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council. Mr. Williams earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Ashland University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Akron.
