DAVID P. BENEDETTO is a shareholder and head of the trusts and estates department of Stewart & Irwin PC, where his practice is focused solely in the area of trusts and estates, including estate administration and related litigation. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Indiana. Mr. Benedetto has lectured for National Business Institute on estate planning and probate matters. He earned his B.S. degree from Syracuse University, his J.D. degree from Indiana University and his LL.M. degree from the University of Miami. JOANNA S. FELTZ is an attorney with Galbraith Associates, where she concentrates her practice primarily in the area of estate planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. Ms. Feltz has worked extensively in the field of estate planning and administration since 1996. Prior to joining Galbraith Associates, she was an attorney for a Carmel firm, where she counseled clients on their estate planning and post mortem administration needs. Additionally, Ms. Feltz has appeared as a speaker on the subject of trusts and estates to investment professionals, accountants, corporations, charities and various other public and private organizations. She is a member of the Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations, and is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the Southern District Court of Indiana. Ms. Feltz earned her B.S. degree from the University of Indiana and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. SUZANNE E. KATT is an attorney with the firm of Cremer & Cremer in Indianapolis. She practices primarily in the areas of trust and estate litigation, estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Katt is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and is vice chair of the Probate, Trust and Real Property Section and chair of the Publications Committee. She also is a member of the Indianapolis Estate Planning Council. Ms. Klatt is a registered civil mediator. She graduated from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington. DR. STEPHEN M. MAPLE is an Indianapolis attorney and associate professor of business law and tax at the University of Indianapolis. For more than 20 years, Dr. Maple was director of the Legal Assistant Program at the University of Indianapolis, and taught probate and estate planning courses. He primarily practices probate and estate planning. Dr. Maple is the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Wills and Estates (3rd edition) and The Complete Idiot's Guide to Law for Small Business Owners. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and USA Today, and interviewed by CNN and ABC Nightly News on estate planning and probate issues. Dr. Maple is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section). He has served on the Perry Township (Marion County) School Board for 14 years. Dr. Maple graduated from Indiana Central College (now University of Indianapolis), Indiana University at Indianapolis School of Law, he earned his LL. M. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law and his M.A. degree from Pacific Lutheran University. ROBERT C. THOMPSON JR. is a partner in the law firm of Meils, Thompson, Dietz & Berish, where he has practiced since 1974 in the areas of estate, guardianship and adoption law. He frequently speaks on issues such as contested guardianships, power of attorney, living wills and guardianships for nursing homes, hospitals, the Indianapolis Bar Association and ICLEF. Mr. Thompson earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Indiana University. He is a member of the Indiana State and the Indianapolis bar associations, and was on the Governor's Taskforce for Guardianships.
