November 14 - Merrillville JOHN H. DAVIS is an attorney in Indiana, where he practices primarily in the areas of family law, bankruptcy and criminal law. Mr. Davis has previously taught on topics such as accounting, business mathematics and economics at Alabama A&M University as well as on civil law, family law and dissolution in their paralegal studies program. He earned his B.S. degree from Woodbury University, his M.B.A. degree from Azusa Pacific University and his J.D. degree from Western State University. Mr. Davis is a member of the Indiana State and Lake County bar associations. WILLIAM M. JONELIS practices in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor and creditor, and commercial law in Munster, Indiana. A cum laude graduate of St. Joseph's College, Mr. Jonelis received his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. POWELL II is the managing attorney at The Powell Law Office in Indianapolis, where he practices in the areas of collections, general business litigation, tax law, and trusts and estates. He served in the JAG unit for six years with the U.S. Army. Mr. Powell earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice at Indiana University - Purdue University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. While in law school, he held the position of treasurer of the Student Bar Association. JOSEPH B.
