MATTHEW BORUTA is an attorney at the law firm of Robert D. Cheesebourough, Bankruptcy Law. He has ten years of experience in bankruptcy. FLORA OWOLABI is an attorney with the law firm Cobly J. Leonard Law Offices, where her main areas of practice are consumer bankruptcy, debt discharge, foreclosures, garnishment, reorganizations and restructuring, and workouts. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Northern District of Indiana and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Indiana. Ms. Owolabi is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from Pensacola Christian College and her J.D. degree, moot court, from Indiana University School of Law JAMES T. YOUNG is a partner with the Indianapolis law firm of Rubin & Levin, P.C., where he practices in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, corporate, business planning, real estate, intellectual property, and landlord and tenant law. He served as law clerk to the Honorable John W. Montgomery, circuit court judge, St. Joseph County, Indiana. Mr. Young has spoken previously for National Business Institute and the Institute for Paralegal Education on landlord/tenant, real estate and trademark issues. He was chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Section of the Allen County Bar Association from 2000 through 2002. Mr. Young has served periodically as a guest lecturer at the Indiana University School of Informatics in Indianapolis, Indiana.
