BRUCE N. STIER is a member of Logan & Stier in Fort Wayne, where his areas of practice include probate law, personal injury and elder law. Mr. Stier has spoken to various groups such as the Retired Firefighters Union in Fort Wayne and the Federal Postal Employees Retirees Union, where he spoke on estate planning and highlighted the new medical changes. He has taught civil procedure for one year at a paralegal school. Mr. Stier has extensive experience serving as guardian-ad-litem for the elderly. A lot of his experience has been in understanding the law of geriatric care in terms of placement and services for the disabled elderly. He is a member of the Indiana State and Allen County (member, Ethics Panel and Probate Section) bar associations and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. MICHAEL T. YATES is a partner of More Miller Yates & Ross in Fort Wayne, where he practices civil litigation, commercial law, family law, business law and family mediation. He is currently a registered family law mediator and from 1977 to 1985, was an instructor of business law at International Business College. He also is a past speaker on Medicaid and elder law topics for National Business Institute. Mr. Yates earned his A.B. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University at Bloomington School of Law. He is a member of Allen County Bar Association (Family Law Section), Indiana State Bar Association (Elder Law Section) and American Bar Association (Family Law Section). MICHAEL M. YODER is a partner in Yoder Law Office, PC, where he practices in the areas of personal injury, probate, estate planning, corporate, real estate, family, domestic relations, criminal law and elder law. Mr. Yoder earned his B.S. degree from Ball State University and his J.D. degree from Notre Dame University. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana and Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit. Mr. Yoder is a member of the Noble County, Indiana State and American bar associations, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the State Board of Law Examiners.
