BRUCE N. STIER is a member of Logan & Stier in Fort Wayne, where his areas of practice include probate law, personal injury and elder law. Mr. Stier has spoken to various groups such as the Retired Firefighters Union in Fort Wayne and the Federal Postal Employees Retirees Union, where he spoke on estate planning and highlighted the new medical changes. He has taught civil procedure for one year at a paralegal school. Mr. Stier has extensive experience serving as guardian-ad-litem for the elderly. A lot of his experience has been in understanding the law of geriatric care in terms of placement and services for the disabled elderly. He is a member of the Indiana State and Allen County (member, Ethics Panel and Probate Section) bar associations and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

MICHAEL T. YATES is a partner of More Miller Yates & Ross in Fort Wayne, where he practices civil litigation, commercial law, family law, business law and family mediation.
