December 15 - Indianapolis ANNA MALLON is an attorney with the law firm of Cantrell, Strenski & Mehringer, LLP, where she practices insurance litigation, including the areas of insurance bad faith and insurance coverage. She has participated the National Institute for Trial Advocacy - Western Regional Trial Skills Program, 2006; The National Forum of Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues, 2003 and 2005; and the seminar, "The ABC's of School Tort Liability Under Indiana Law", April 2004. Ms. Mallon earned her B.A. and B.S. degrees from Miami University, and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Constitution Society and the Defense Trial Council of Indiana. GINNY L. PETERSON is a partner with the law firm of Kightlinger & Gray, LLP in Indianapolis and currently serves as the chair of its insurance coverage and bad faith practice group. A Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) with extensive experience in insurance defense and coverage issues, Ms. Peterson's practice areas include all aspects of trial litigation, with an emphasis on property, general liability and environmental coverage, professional liability litigation, bad faith insurance issues, and insurance defense. She is a graduate of Purdue University, and earned her J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law. Ms. Peterson is admitted to the Indiana State Bar Association and also is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana. Prior to practicing law, she held underwriting, product development and management positions with property casualty insurance carriers for 19 years and earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation. Ms. Peterson is an active member in a number of legal organizations, including the American, Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and the Defense Research Institute. Ms. Peterson is president and a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Indiana Chapter of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society. She is currently chair elect designee for the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association's Tort Trial Insurance Practice Section and served as the program chair for the 2010 TIPS Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee mid-year meeting which encompassed planning and implementation of two days of seminars and social events. Ms. Peterson has generously shared her knowledge with other legal and insurance professionals through her authorship of published articles and her presentations at recent events for the Indiana CPCU Society, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and the National Business Institute. JAMES P. STRENSKI is a partner in the Indianapolis law firm of Cantrell, Strenski & Mehringer, LLP, where his practice focuses on insurance bad faith, insurance coverage and personal injury defense. He is admitted to practice in Indiana state and federal courts. Mr. Strenski is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis and American bar associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute (Insurance Coverage Section). He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington. December 17 - Merrillville BROCK P. ALVARADO is an associate with the Valparaiso law firm of Kenneth J. Allen & Associates, where he practices in the areas of medical malpractice and automobile litigation. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Alvarado earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University. DAVID W. CONOVER is an attorney in the Valparaiso law firm of Kenneth J. Allen & Associates, P.C., where he practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance claims/bad faith litigation and insurance coverage litigation, as well as lecturing on these areas. He earned his B.A. degree from Illinois State University and his J.D. degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mr. Conover is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois and Lake County bar associations. KEVIN G.
