BRET G. BREWER, CPA/ABV, ASA, CBA, CVA, is the founder and managing director of 59-60, Inc. A winner of the Indiana CPA Society's Five Under 35 Award, Mr. Brewer is one of seven people in the nation with all of the following credentials: Certified Business Valuation Analyst (CBA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Accredited Senior Appraiser Valuation (ASA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV). He has appraised more than 200 companies in a multitude of industries for litigation support, mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, gifting and estate tax purposes. Mr. Brewer has taught various aspects of business valuations for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) Family Law Institute, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) Indiana State Chapter, National Business Institute (NBI), and Indianapolis Bar Association (IBA), American Society of Appraisers (ASA) Indiana Chapter, Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS) and various other venues. He also has been published in the nationally recognized publications of Shannon Pratt's Business Valuation Update, The Value Examiner and The Matrimonial Strategist. Mr. Brewer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Indiana Certified Public Accountants Society, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, The Institute of Business Appraisers and The American Society of Appraisers (Indiana Chapter President 2006-2007). He earned his B.S. degrees from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, followed by additional accounting undergraduate courses at Indiana Universit-Purdue University of Indianapolis, Indiana. ROBERT D. MCMAHAN is a sole practitioner at McMahan Law Firm in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he practices in tax and business law and estate and trust. He teaches in the school of business at Indiana State University. Mr. McMahan is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Terre Haute Bar Association. He also is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Tax Professionals. Mr. McMahan earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University, his M.B.A. degree from Indiana State University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law/Indianapolis. EDWIN P. MYSOGLAND is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) designated by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser certified by the National Equipment and Business Builders Institute; Senior Business Analyst of the Society of Business Analysts; Candidate Member of the American Society of Appraisers Machinery & Technical Specialties (MTS) Discipline; and Candidate Member of the Institute of Business Appraisers. Mr. Mysogland has spent his entire career (17 years) with Sunbelt Indiana Business Resource, the largest business brokerage in Indiana. The development of his experience stems from facilitating the divestiture of small and mid-sized privately-held companies. As the sale of companies comprises of the sale of tangible and intangible assets, Mr. Mysogland has been appraising both for the last 13 years resulting in 700 appraisals with varying detail depending on the need and situation. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), the Center for Economic and Industry Research (CEIR), and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Mr. Mysogland earned his B.S. degree from Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana. PAUL N. WONCH is the business valuation and litigation services specialist at K.B. Parrish & Co. LLP, and has valued a wide variety of businesses including car dealerships, manufacturers, retailers, real estate holding companies, contractors, medical practices, etc. The purposes for these valuations included estate planning and taxes, gifting, buy-sell, divorce, ESOP, shareholder disputes, etc. Mr. Wonch also has completed a variety of litigation damages, calculations and reports for disputes involving lost profits, franchise territory infringements, buy-out price calculations, etc. He has testified as an expert witness for valuation and damages cases including federal court expert testimony regarding the valuation of goodwill. Mr. Wonch serves as the president of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts' Indiana state chapter. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from John Carroll University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University.
