JEFFREY S. ARNOLD is a sole practitioner in Columbia City, Indiana. Mr. Arnold has more than ten years of experience in helping clients get the debt relief they need. Mr. Lebrato has been in the private practice of law since 1977 and he is a licensed real estate broker with more than 25 years of experience. His areas of practice include bankruptcy, creditors' rights, real estate and family law. Mr. Lebrato earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Allen County and Indiana State bar associations. THOMAS P. YODER is a partner in the firm of Barrett & McNagny LLP, in Fort Wayne. His practice areas include commercial bankruptcy with concentration on creditors' rights; insolvency-related commercial workouts, reorganizations and associated litigation on behalf of financial institutions, trade creditors/suppliers and manufacturers; and commercial loan transactional matters for institutional lenders and selected borrowers. Mr. Yoder is a co-author of Bankruptcy - A Survival Guide for Lenders, published by the American Bankruptcy Institute, and he is a frequent presenter at national seminars on bankruptcy-related topics. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Hanover College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University.
