Ms. Geyer was named a 2010 Super Lawyers Rising Star. She is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American bar associations. She is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Geyer earned her B.A.and J.D. degrees from Indiana University-Bloomington.

ROBERT C. THOMPSON JR. is a partner in the law firm of Meils, Thompson, Dietz & Berish, where he practices in the areas of estate, guardianship and adoption law. He frequently speaks on issues such as contested guardianships, power of attorney, living wills and guardianships for nursing homes, hospitals, the Indianapolis Bar Association and ICLEF.
