DAVID P. BENEDETTO is a shareholder and head of the trusts and estates department of Stewart & Irwin PC, where his practice is focused solely in the area of trusts and estates, including estate administration and related litigation. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Indiana. Mr. Benedetto has lectured for National Business Institute on estate planning and probate matters. He earned his B.S. degree from Syracuse University, his J.D. degree from Indiana University and his LL.M. degree from the University of Miami. DAVID D. DEETER is an attorney with the Indianapolis law firm of Dale & Eke, P.C., where he practices in the areas of estate planning and probate. He has lectured to various professionals on estate planning topics. Mr. Deeter earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame, while attending the University of Innsbruck, Innsbruck, Austria, during his sophomore year. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. Mr. Deeter is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association (Probate and Real Property Section), and the Indianapolis and American bar associations. He is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis, and an estate planning and administration specialist certified by the Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. REBECCA W. GEYER is an Indiana certified estate planning and administration specialist. She is chair of the estate planning and elder law sections of the law firm of Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, in Carmel, Indiana, where she practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law and business services. Ms. Geyer was named a 2010 Super Lawyers Rising Star. She is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American bar associations. She is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Geyer earned her B.A.and J.D. degrees from Indiana University-Bloomington. ROBERT C. THOMPSON JR. is a partner in the law firm of Meils, Thompson, Dietz & Berish, where he practices in the areas of estate, guardianship and adoption law. He frequently speaks on issues such as contested guardianships, power of attorney, living wills and guardianships for nursing homes, hospitals, the Indianapolis Bar Association and ICLEF. Mr. Thompson earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Indiana University. He is a member of the Indiana State and the Indianapolis bar associations. He was also on the Governors Task Force for Guardianships. AMY L. VONDIELINGEN is an attorney with Wooden & McLaughlin, LLP, where her main areas of practice are wealth transfer planning, estate planning and probate law, banking and financial institutions, business and corporate services, creditors' rights and liabilities, and tax advice. Ms. VonDielingen is a member of the Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations. She is admitted to practice before the Northern District of Indiana.
