TIMOTHY H. BUTTON is of counsel to the Indianapolis office of Riley Bennett & Egloff LLP. Mr. Button's practice is focused on general corporate counseling including: asset purchases, stock acquisitions, commercial financing, the incorporation and organization of business entities, commercial real estate and zoning matters. He currently provides representation and general business counseling of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities, including not-for-profit corporations. Mr. Button earned his A.B. degree from Hamilton College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. JASON L. CRACE is a tax director for the public accounting firm of Comer, Nowling and Associates, P.C., where he is a board-certified CPA by the Indiana State Board of Accountancy. He practices in all areas of tax. Mr. Crace does audits and consulting for nonprofit organizations. Mr. Crace has previous lecture experience, and his other areas of expertise are audits of nonprofits. He earned his B.S. degree in accounting and finance. Mr. Crace is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. JOSHUA P. HOLLINGSWORTH is an attorney in the Indianapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg, LLP, where he concentrates on business and corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and entrepreneurial services. Mr. Hollingsworth earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2000, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Indiana Law Review. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Development Law Center, is active in the Indiana Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and is the past president of the Young Professionals of Central Indiana. Mr. Hollingsworth is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State bar associations, and a member of the Partnerships and Unincorporated Business Organizations Committee of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section. TIMOTHY E. HOLLINGSWORTH is an attorney in private practice in Indianapolis, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, corporation law, commercial law and taxation law. Mr. Hollingsworth is a frequent lecturer on topics ranging from choice of entity to the use of limited liability companies and limited partnerships in estate planning. He earned his B.S. degree from Purdue University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Indiana University DAVID WILLIAMS RUSSELL is a partner in the Indianapolis law firm of Harrison & Moberly, LLP, where he chairs the firm's business services group. He handles domestic and international business matters including transactions, financings, technologies law, marketing law, real estate and litigation/dispute resolution. Mr. Russell is chairman of the Indiana District Export Council; and an International Advisory Board Member at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, at Indiana and Purdue University Graduate Schools of Business, at Butler University and at Indiana University Law School; a member of the Financial Industry Regulator Authority (FINRA); and is active as an officer and/or board member of numerous other professional, civic, educational and charitable organizations. Mr. Russell attended Dartmouth College, from which he earned A.B. and M.B.A. degrees. He was an educator, a college chief financial officer, and a Woodrow Wilson Foundation Administrative Fellow prior to receiving his law degree, with honors, from Northwestern University.
