LOGAN C. HUGHES is a partner with the firm of Eichhorn & Eichhorn where he focuses his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, professional liability, medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, health care, municipal litigation, commercial litigation, appellate practice and insurance defense. Mr. Hughes earned his B.A. degree from Wabash College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana and the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Hughes is a member of the Indiana State, Illinois State and Lake County (Indiana) bar associations. SCOTT M. KYROUAC is an attorney at the law firm of Wilkinson Goeller Modesitt Wilkinson & Drummy LLP, practicing in personal injury, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, products liability, environmental law, asbestos defense, toxic torts, trucking defense and transportation law. Mr. Kyrouac is president of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and is secretary of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Terre Haute Bar Association, the Indiana Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Kyrouac was elected Indiana's 2008 Defense Lawyer of the Year. He earned his B.S. degree, with high honors, from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree from Indiana University. Mr. Kyrouac is a certified mediator. MIRIAM A. RICH is a partner in the law firm of Gonzalez, Saggio & Harlan, L.L.P., where she defends civil tort and workers' compensation cases. Ms. Rich has defended personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, and commercial litigation cases throughout the state of Indiana, trying numerous cases to the bench and to juries, and handling appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court. Ms. Rich is also a certified mediator. She has lectured for Indiana CLE on litigation and workers' compensation issues. Ms. Rich earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, where she was a member of the Order of Barristers. She is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the Indianapolis and National Associations of Insurance Women, and the Indiana Workers' Compensation Institute. MICHAEL ROTH is a partner of the law firm of Eichhorn & Eichhorn, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of health care, medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation and estate planning. Mr. Roth has published articles in several legal periodicals on health care and malpractice claims. He is a member of the Health Law Litigation Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Mr. Roth also is a member of the Healthcare and Medicine sections of the Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law.
