BRYAN LEE CIYOU is an attorney at the Indianapolis law firm of Ciyou & Dixon P.C. His practice is concentrated in family law and related areas, including appellate practice. Mr. Ciyou writes and lectures extensively on a broad spectrum of topics in the domestic relations field. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction and honors, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University. Dr. RANDALL W. KRUPSAW, Ph.D., HSPP, is a clinical child psychologist. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and currently has a full-time private practice called, A Step Ahead Behavioral Healthcare Services. Dr. Krupsaw completed his internship at the Indiana University School of Medicine, and earned his Ph.D., in clinical psychology, from the University of Kansas. He is an Indiana certified health service provider in psychology and a registered domestic mediator. As a therapist, child custody evaluator, mediator and parenting coordinator, Dr. Krupsaw has worked extensively with children and families of divorce. He has presented at professional seminars on topics including child custody evaluations, shared parenting, coping with divorce, high-conflict parents, parental alienation, and parenting coordination. In addition, Dr. Krupsaw is a member of the executive committee of Families Moving Forward, Inc., chair of the Parenting Coordination Committee and a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. MELANIE REICHERT joined the Family Law Group at Broyles Kight & Ricafort, PC in August 2004. With training in mediation and collaborative law ("no court divorce"), she emphasizes making every effort to resolve family conflict without costly and devastating litigation. However, she is also an experienced litigator who frequently assists clients in hearings addressing complicated custody matters, jurisdictional issues, child and spousal support, allegations of child abuse or neglect, allegations of domestic violence, and property distribution. Ms. Reichert advocates for children as a volunteer guardian ad litem in both Marion and Hamilton counties and previously served as a part time judicial officer in Marion County Circuit Court (Paternity Division). She was featured in the Indianapolis Star and Indiana Lawyer in December 2001 for activities as commissioner. She is a frequent speaker on collaborative law, adoption, custody and family law issues. Ms. Reichert is the chair of the Family Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from Millikin University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.
