BRYAN LEE CIYOU is an attorney at the Indianapolis law firm of Ciyou & Dixon P.C. His practice is concentrated in family law and related areas, including appellate practice. Mr. Ciyou writes and lectures extensively on a broad spectrum of topics in the domestic relations field. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction and honors, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University. JEFFREY O. MEUNIER is a sole practitioner in Carmel, Indiana. Mr. Meunier has been an attorney for more than 26 years and limits his civil litigation practice to personal injury and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Indiana State, Indianapolis and Hamilton County bar associations. Mr. Meunier earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. SCOTT S. MORRISSON is currently the Litigation Practice Group chair for the law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP. Mr. Morrisson's main area of practice is civil litigation involving a wide range of civil litigation matters. Particular areas of focus include employment, insurance, business, corporate, commercial, trademark, and tort litigation. His practice also focuses on arbitration and mediation. Mr. Morrisson has served as lead counsel on numerous jury trials, bench trials, preliminary injunction hearings, court hearings, and arbitrations in the state and federal courts of Indiana and throughout the country. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from Hanover College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. Mr. Morrisson is a member of the Indianapolis (Young Lawyers Division Chairman, IBA Executive Committee, 1990), Indiana State, American and Seventh Circuit bar associations and the Defense Research Institute. He is also an Indiana certified mediator. Mr. Morrisson has presented several seminars on his areas of practice. He is an adjunct professor at Valparaiso School of Law for "Covenant Not to Compete Law." HON. MARY ANN OLDHAM is master commissioner of Marion Superior Court, Civil Division in Court I and Court II. Prior to her appointment Commissioner Oldham served as associate and chief counsel of litigation for the city of Indianapolis and was a partner at Harrison & Moberly. Commissioner Oldham earned both her B.A. and J.D. degrees at Indiana University. She is an adjunct professor at the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. Commissioner Oldham is a member of the Judicial Conference of Indiana, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and Magistrate Committee, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the American Inns of Court (Master), the Indianapolis Bar Foundation (Fellow and Board Member), and a member of the Board of Law Examiners (interviews bar candidates).
