BRET S. CLEMENT is a member of the Indianapolis law firm of Ayres, Carr & Sullivan PC, where his practice focuses on estate and business planning, tax and corporate law. Mr. Clement frequently lectures to various professional groups on estate planning and tax-related subjects. As an adjunct professor of law, he previously taught the estate and gift tax course at Indiana University Law School. He wrote the sales and use tax, gross income tax, inheritance tax and property tax explanations for the Indiana Section of Research Institute of America's State and Local Tax Service. Mr. Clement earned his B.B.A. degree, with high honors, from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan. SEAN J. FAHEY is an attorney at the law firm of Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C., where he focuses his practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and general business matters. Mr. Fahey has represented individuals and families in structuring their business transactions, as well as planning their personal income tax and estate tax matters. His practice includes advising clients on charitable giving techniques. Mr. Fahey is a certified specialist in estate planning and administration (certified by the Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association's Probate, Trust and Real Property Section) in Indiana. He is a member of the Indianapolis (Executive Committee, Estate Planning and Administration Section), Indiana (Executive Committee, Tax Section; member, Probate, Trust and Property Section) and American (member, Probate, Trusts and Real Property Section) bar associations. Mr. Fahey earned his B.A. degree from the University of Rochester and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He speaks regularly to groups and at continuing education programs, and has spoken on topics including choosing among the leveraging techniques for family business succession planning and exploring business exit strategies. E. PAIGE FREITAG is an attorney at Jones, McGlasson & Benckart, P.C., in Bloomington, Indiana. Ms. Freitag's practice areas include civil and criminal appeals, appellate consultation, estate planning, probate and elder law, including Medicaid planning and applications. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Indiana State Bar Association (member, Elder Law Section; Trust, Probate and Real Property Section; Appellate Section). Ms. Freitag currently serves as chair of the Public Service Committee for the Elder Law Section and is a District 1 Council Member of the Appellate Practice Section. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Evansville in 1994 and received her J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 1997. ANN M. O'HARA is a partner in the Hamilton County law firm of Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim. Ms. O'Hara joined the firm in 2005. She currently practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, municipal law and general business representation. Ms. O'Hara served as an adjunct professor in Individual Federal Taxation at the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University and was a lecturer on Federal Estate and Gift Tax for the Indianapolis Bar Association's Bar Review Course from 1999-2010. Ms. O'Hara earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from St. Joseph's College and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. Ms. O'Hara is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Hamilton County Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.
