MATTHEW BORUTA is an attorney at the law firm of Robert D. Cheesebourough, Bankruptcy Law. He has ten years of experience in bankruptcy. Mr. Hodson also counsels business owners in wealth protection planning. In addition, he is a Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist with the American Board of Certification. Mr. Hodson is a former Master Commissioner with the Madison County Superior Court and is an Adjunct Professor in the Political Science Department at Indiana University. MOLNAR-BONCELA is an attorney with the Merrillville law firm of Gouveia & Associates, where her primary responsibilities include representing consumer and business debtors in federal court. She is a former law clerk to the Honorable Judge Kent Lindquist with the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Ms. Molnar-Boncela is a past adjunct professor at Valparaiso University where she taught debtor-creditor and bankruptcy reorganizations. She is a member of the Indiana State and Illinois State bar associations, and the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana. Ms. Molnar-Boncela earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from Valparaiso University, her LL.M. degree from DePaul University and her M.S.B.A. degree from Indiana University. LARA B. O'DELL is an attorney with Tucker Hester, LLC, where her practice focuses on representing Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees in the collection of assets and administration of bankruptcy estates, and debtors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Ms. O'Dell's varied experience included clerking for a criminal trial court judge; practicing in the areas of probate, estate administration, and family law; and representing debtors in Chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. She is admitted to practice in Indiana and Colorado, and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana. Ms. O'Dell has presented for the Indianapolis Bar, where she moderated a panel of Chapter 7 trustees for the Indianapolis Bar Association on discussing how to have successful first meetings of creditors. She earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Ms. O'Dell is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association (member, Commercial & Bankruptcy Section) and also serves on a committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District on CM/ECF issues. JAMES T. YOUNG is a partner with the Indianapolis law firm of Rubin & Levin, P.C., where he practices in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, corporate, business planning, real estate, intellectual property, and landlord and tenant law. He served as law clerk to the Honorable John W. Montgomery, Circuit Court Judge, St. Joseph County, Indiana. Mr. Young has spoken previously for National Business Institute and the Institute for Paralegal Education on landlord/tenant, real estate and trademark issues. He was chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Section of the Allen County Bar Association, 2000 through 2002. Mr. Young has served periodically as a guest lecturer in the Indiana University School of Informatics, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
