November 8 - Merrillville JOHN H. DAVIS is an attorney in Indiana where he practices primarily in the areas of family law, bankruptcy and criminal law. Mr. Davis previously taught accounting, business mathematics and economics at Alabama A&M University as well as civil law, family law and dissolution in their paralegal studies program. Mr. Buchmeier also represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation. He is a member of the Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations. Mr. Buchmeier earned his B.S. degree from Manchester College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law. He was a law clerk to the Honorable Nicholas W. Sufana, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and Southern District of Indiana. Mr. Buchmeier has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by an annual survey of peers published by Indianapolis Monthly magazine . RICHARD B. GONON is a sole practitioner in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he devotes his practice to collections, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act defense litigation, collection agency representation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy and commercial law.
