April 28 - Merrillville JOHN H. DAVIS is an attorney in Indiana, where he practices primarily in the areas of family law, bankruptcy and criminal law. Mr. Davis has previously taught on topics such as; accounting, business mathematics and economics at Alabama A&M University as well as civil law, family law and dissolution in their paralegal studies program. He earned his B.S. degree from Woodbury University, his M.B.A. degree from Azusa Pacific University and his J.D. degree from Western State University. Mr. Davis is a member of the Indiana State and the Lake County bar associations. CATHERINE L. MOLNAR-BONCELA is an attorney with the Merrillville law firm of Gouveia & Associates, where her primary responsibilities include representing consumer and business debtors in federal court. She is a former law clerk to the Honorable Judge Kent Lindquist with the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Ms. Molnar-Boncela is a past adjunct professor at Valparaiso University, where she taught debtor-creditor and bankruptcy reorganizations. He is a registered mediator by the Indiana Supreme Court and a registered real estate continuing education instructor by the Licensed Professionals Agency of the State of Indiana. DICK is a member of the law firm of SK Dick & Associates LLC, where he has focused the last ten years of his practice on taxation; and Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy for individuals and small businesses. Mr. Dick has 19 years of experience as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney representing the IRS in U.S. bankruptcy, district and tax courts. She formerly was associated with the Indianapolis firm of Johnson Smith Pense Densborn Wright & Heath, where she practiced in the firm's bankruptcy and creditors' rights section. Ms. Marshall is a member of the Illinois State, Indiana State, Indianapolis and American bar associations. She is a former chair of the Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association and current council member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. Ms. Marshall currently serves on the board of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and previously served on the board of the Indianapolis Bar Association. She has been a presented at several ICLEF and IBA seminars and has served as a faculty member of the IBA Bar Review. Ms. Marshall earned her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. JAMES T. YOUNG is a partner with the Indianapolis law firm of Rubin & Levin, P.C., where he practices in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, corporate, business planning, real estate, intellectual property, and landlord and tenant law. He served as law clerk to the Honorable John W. Montgomery, circuit court judge, St. Joseph County, Indiana.
