April 9 - Merrillville JOHN H. DAVIS is an attorney in Indiana, where he practices primarily in the areas of family law, bankruptcy and criminal law. Mr. Davis has previously taught on topics such as accounting, business mathematics and economics at Alabama A&M University, as well as on civil law, family law and dissolution in their paralegal studies program. He earned his B.S. degree from Woodbury University, his M.B.A. degree from Azusa Pacific University and his J.D. degree from Western State University. Mr. Davis is a member of the Indiana State and Lake County bar associations. WILLIAM M. JONELIS practices in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor and creditor, and commercial law in Munster, Indiana. She is a former law clerk to the Honorable Kent Lindquist with the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Ms. Molnar-Boncela is a past adjunct professor at Valparaiso University, where she taught debtor-creditor and bankruptcy reorganizations. Ms. Lally represents Chapter 7 trustees in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Her work focuses largely on complex bankruptcy litigation and fraudulent transfer litigation. Ms. Marshall is a member of the Illinois State, Indiana State, Indianapolis and American bar associations. She is a former chair of the Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, and is current chair and counsel member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. Ms. Marshall currently serves on the board of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and previously served on the board of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
