AREND J. ABEL is the chair of the appellate law practice group with Cohen and Malad, LLP, and represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. Mr. Abel's practice areas are government litigation, appeals, business litigation, class action, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation, health care and health care reimbursement, and gaming. BADGER is a member of the Bose McKinney & Evans LLP's litigation group. Mr. Badger represents clients in commercial and complex business litigation matters and appeals. His litigation experience includes First Amendment and media law cases, defamation and class action defense. Mr. Badger also handles matters involving business torts, fraud and malfeasance in corporate and consumer transactions, as well as defense of accountants and attorneys against claims of professional negligence and misconduct. He earned his B.A. degree from Wabash College and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington. During law school Mr. Badger was a managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal . He has been a speaker at several seminars. Mr. Kyrouac is president of the defense counsel of Indiana and is secretary of the American Board of Trial Advocate.
