KENNETH J. ALLEN is a principal in the law firm of Kenneth J. Allen and Associates, P.C. The firm limits its practice to the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, and maintains three offices in Indiana and Illinois. He has been appointed class counsel in several important class actions including, In Re: South Shore Train Crash at Gary, Indiana; In Re: Nurseryland Bus Crash at Gary, Indiana; In Re: Truck/Train Collision at Portage, Indiana; and was appointed to the Plaintiffs' Discovery Committee In Re: Air Crash Disaster at Sioux City, Iowa. JENNIFER E. DAVIS is an attorney in the firm of Bruce P. Clark & Associates in Munster, Indiana, where she practices in the areas of appellate practice, business law, civil practice, commercial litigation, probate, estate planning, personal injury, real estate and family law. Since 1999, she has been an instructor in the paralegal program at Ivy Tech State College. Ms. Davis earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University Bloomington and her J.D. degree, with honors, from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is admitted to the Indiana and U.S. District Court, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Ms. Davis also is a member of the Indiana State, American and St. Joseph County bar associations. MICHAEL A. KREPPEIN is a partner in the Michigan City firm of Huelat Mack & Kreppein, P.C. Mr. Kreppein practices in insurance defense, insurance coverage, products liability, personal injury and civil litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, where he was president of the Student Association of Trial Lawyers of America's Mock Trial Team. Mr. Kreppein is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the LaPorte County Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association, which he served as a district representative for its Young Lawyers Section from 2005 to 2008. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit.
