REYNOLD T. BERRY is an attorney with the Indianapolis law firm of Rubin & Levin, P.C., where his practice focuses on protecting the rights of commercial creditors in a variety of contexts, including litigation, post-judgment relief, secured transactions, real estate construction (mechanics' liens and bond claims) and mortgage foreclosure. Mr. Berry earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis and his bachelor's degree from Indiana University at Bloomington. He is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, and before the federal district courts of Northern and Southern Indiana; and is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American bar associations. Mr. Berry currently serves on the council to the Young Lawyers Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and is the editor of the Network, the Young Lawyers Section newsletter. He has lectured on topics ranging from enforcing security interests to credit regulatory law and has contributed articles to various trade magazines, discussing steps vendors of commercial goods can take to help protect their receivables. L. LEONA FRANK is a sole practitioner in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she concentrates her practice on what she commonly refers to as the trilogy: money, dirt and debt. She established her practice in July 2006, and has represented banks, private and public companies, real estate developers, investors and individuals in numerous transactional and litigation matters. Prior to solo practice, Ms. Frank worked at two Indianapolis law firms, focusing on representing bankruptcy trustees, creditors and debtors. She continues to provide services to trustees and corporate debtors in Chapter 11, 7 and 13 bankruptcy matters and adversary proceedings. Ms. Frank has built her practice utilizing affiliate relationships with larger firms, allowing for consistent growth, focusing on client development and cultivation. She earned her B.A. degree from Butler University and her J.D. degree from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Ms. Frank is active in the American Bar Association. She also served on the Women and the Law Division Executive Committee for the Indianapolis State Bar Association for six years and served as the chair in 2009. IRWIN J. PRINCE is a recognized specialist and expert in mortgage foreclosure in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has been involved in numerous cases where claims of mortgage fraud have been leveled by both lenders and borrowers and saw firsthand many of the schemes used to trick innocent people into becoming borrowers. Mr. Prince has held an Indiana real estate broker's license since 1989, specializing in the area of distressed properties, and acts as a loss mitigation consultant to individuals and mortgage loan services. He earned his undergraduate and law degree from Indiana University. JERLYN S. SOUTHWICK is an attorney with the Indianapolis law firm of Feiwell & Hannoy, P.C. She has extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate and foreclosure. Ms. Southwick is the past president of the Indiana Creditors Bar Association. Prior to entering private practice, she was a deputy attorney general for the state of Indiana, where she worked in consumer rights, real estate litigation and collection law. Ms. Southwick has lectured for business professional groups and the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum on foreclosure and bankruptcy. She is a member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Section of the Indianapolis and Indiana State bar associations. Ms. Southwick earned her B.A. and B.S. degrees from Indiana University, Bloomington and her J.D. degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis.
