TIMOTHY F. KARL G. POPOWICS is a member of the Indianapolis firm of Goodin Abernathy, L.L.P. His practice is primarily in civil litigation, and he represents a wide variety of clients in the areas of asbestos litigation, employment law, workers' compensation, insurance and general liability. Mr. Popowics has extensive trial experience and has tried cases involving premises liability, breach of contract, bad faith, malicious prosecution and negligence claims.
