TIMOTHY F. DEVEREUX is an attorney with Conour Law Firm, LLC, where his main areas of practice are personal injury, construction accidents, wrongful death, products liability, catastrophic injury and brain injury. Mr. Devereux has written many articles in his main areas of practice. PATTERSON is a partner in the Lebanon/Indianapolis law firm of Parr Richey Obremskey Frandsen & Patterson. Mr. Patterson has extensive experience representing personal injury victims and wrongful death survivors throughout Indiana and the Midwest. He represents victims of serious injuries, including brain and spinal cord damages, and handles injuries related to motor vehicle collisions, products liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Patterson was named the 2007 Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in personal injury law and has been admitted to the "Million Dollar Advocates Forum," an organization recognizing the top trial lawyers in America. He is also listed as an Indiana "Super Lawyer" in the area of personal injury law. Mr. Patterson is a frequent lecturer on topics related to trial practice and personal injury law. KARL G. POPOWICS is a member of the Indianapolis firm of Goodin Abernathy, L.L.P. His practice is primarily in civil litigation, and he represents a wide variety of clients in the areas of asbestos litigation, employment law, workers' compensation, insurance and general liability. Mr. Popowics has extensive trial experience and has tried cases involving premises liability, breach of contract, bad faith, malicious prosecution and negligence claims. He received his B.A. degree from DePauw University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. Mr. Popowics is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State bar associations. TIMOTHY A. ROWE is founding partner in the law firm of Rowe & Hamilton, and has practiced law for more than twenty-six years. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from Indiana University, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. Mr. Rowe's practice is concentrated in auto accident litigation, personal injury, nursing home litigation, environmental torts, civil rights, premises liability and criminal law. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and has chaired and taught at numerous seminars locally and nationally, concerning auto accident, litigation, and personal injury cases. Mr. Rowe was chair for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Annual Institute in November 2001. He is a sustaining member of American Association of Justice as well as being a member of the American, Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations. Mr. Rowe is a member of the College of Fellows and also a member of the Taos Group, an exclusive group of lawyers from every state who are trying to better their practices and the legal profession as a whole. He has tried more than 50 jury trial cases and has had cases in Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky, Arizona, Illinois, Nevada and Tennessee.
