JASON CARAWAY is an attorney and joined Kolker Law Offices, P.C. in 2010. Mr. Caraway's practice areas include personal injury, workers' compensation, employment law, railroad litigation, public safety employee benefit act litigation, Social Security disability and education law. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2007 and to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and before the 5th District Appellate Court in multiple areas of litigation. Mr. Caraway earned his B.A. degree from Southwest Baptist University and his J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. He is a member of the American (member, Litigation Section) and Illinois State (member, Workers' Injury Litigation Group) bar associations and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. MICHAEL H. KOREIN is managing partner of Glass & Korein, LLC, where his practice is now primarily confined to representing injured workers in the State of Illinois. Before moving back to this area, and while practicing law in New York City, he was an associate to the general counsel for the National Maritime Union, representing injured crew members on the high seas as well as inland waterways. In the past 18 years, Mr. Korein has represented injured litigants before various state and federal courts in Illinois, Missouri and New York, as well as before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission. He is politically active in upholding the rights of injured workers in the State of Illinois. Mr. Korein has served as a guest lecturer to various local unions, groups of employers, claims handlers, and attorneys regarding Illinois workers' compensation issues. He also is a frequent author in his areas of expertise. Mr. Korein obtained a double major in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Arizona and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Illinois and Missouri, before the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Central districts of Illinois. Mr. Korein is a member of the Madison County, St. Clair County, Illinois State (member, Workers' Compensation Committee) and American bar associations, The Missouri Bar, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group (a national organization of petitioner's attorneys). He is also actively involved in coaching youth soccer, conducting speed and agility training for young athletes, and holds an US Soccer Federation national coaching license. FRITZ LEVENHAGEN is an Illinois attorney who has concentrated his practice on representing injured workers in workers' compensation and personal injury cases for the past 23 years. He has previously lectured in his areas of expertise. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section Council, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Workplace And Injury Litigation Group. He earned his B.A. degree from Southern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University.
