MICHAEL H. ERDE is the principal in the Chicago law firm of Michael H. Erde & Associates, P.C., where, since 1969, he has focused his practice on estate planning, elder law, probate, guardianships, business and corporate law, and real estate leases. He is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (the Supreme Court of Illinois does not recognize certification). Mr. Erde is a member of Greater North Shore Estate Planning (treasurer), the Financial Planners Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He has been an instructor/lecturer for many years on estates and trusts, elder law and asset protection. KOESTER is a partner at Lawrence, Kamin, Saunders & Uhlenhop, LLC, where he focuses on estate and asset preservation. His practice primarily consists of helping clients devise strategic plans to protect their wealth and assets from potential creditors, provide for the clients and their loved ones, plan for the future of their businesses and avoid unnecessary taxes, administration and legal fees. Mr. Koester offers personalized recommendations for a wide range of estate preservation strategies and risk management solutions including life insurance planning; income, estate and gift tax planning; generation skipping tax planning; charitable planning; business creation and succession planning; asset and creditor protection; foundation establishment; and family dynamics. WEBB is an independent financial planner with Wealth Planning Associates in Oak Brook, IL, a boutique firm that uses a progressive approach to financial planning. Mr. Webb specializes in comprehensive financial planning for professionals and business owners. He has been in the financial services industry since 1999, beginning his career with a large national firm and eventually becoming an independent advisor in 2005. Mr. Webb also is a sought after speaker in the industry. He has been featured on several financial radio programs and often speaks about financial service matters through the community. Mr. Webb earned his B.S. degree from Seton Hall University and his M.B.A degree from Loyola University of Chicago. He holds many financial services licenses along with the ChFC designation from the American College.
