DAVID ADLER is a partner in the law firm of Leavens, Strand, Glover & Adler, LLC. He is an attorney, author, educator and entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary practice focused on counseling businesses across the interrelated areas of intellectual property law, media and entertainment, information technology, and corporate law. Mr. Adler provides legal counsel on trademark and copyright clearance, registration and enforcement, digital and new media licensing, production, finance, regulations, litigation, and corporate-commercial transactions. He assists interactive and digital marketing and advertising companies, content providers and licensors with advice on affiliate, publisher and partnership agreements; content licensing; syndication; distribution; social media; and many other related deals. Mr. Adler has an extensive private-practice and in-house background counseling clients on corporate and intellectual property law, including corporation and LLC creation and finance, contract interpretation, drafting, negotiation, and enforcement. He also is an adjunct professor of music law at DePaul University School of Law in Chicago. Mr. Adler earned his law degree from the DePaul University College of Law, where he wrote for the DePaul Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. He earned a Bachelor of the Arts in English and a Bachelor of the Arts in history from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Outside the practice of law, he created and taught an undergraduate course on E-Business in the Arts, Entertainment & Media Management Department of Columbia College Chicago; he currently chairs the Chicago Bar Association's Media & Entertainment Law Committee, previously chaired the Start-up and Entrepreneurial Ventures Subcommittee; frequently contributes to numerous online publications in the areas of ecommerce, intellectual property, and small business; and speaks to industry and trade groups and associations on these topics.

JAMES E. MORGAN is a partner and bankruptcy and restructuring practice leader of Enterprise Law Group, LLP. He practices in both the creditors' rights and commercial litigation areas. As a creditors' rights and restructuring attorney, Mr. Morgan regularly advises and represents financial institutions and corporations, with respect to their rights as creditors or debtors, often in circumstances involving insolvency, both in and out of the court. He also represents trustees and committees in the bankruptcy process. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Morgan has represented parties in all aspects of commercial and bankruptcy-related cases in numerous state and federal courts, including cases alleging preferential and fraudulent transfers, breach of contract and fiduciary duties, and other business torts. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A. degree, with high distinction, from Indiana University.

FRANK W. NAGORKA is a lawyer in private practice, where his practice concentrates in the areas of emergency medical services and medical malpractice defense. Mr. Nagorka is a licensed practicing paramedic, having earned advanced cardiac life support and basic trauma life support certifications, and represents many ambulance companies around the state of Illinois, as well as various ambulance trade associations in transactional matters and litigation. Throughout his legal career, he has lectured all over the United States to various emergency medical service professionals on medical/legal issues involving pre-hospital care, and has written for various publications, including peer-reviewed journals. In addition to his medical background, Mr. Nagorka has been an early adopter of technology and works with various technology companies and consumers on technical issues. He earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University. Mr. Nagorka is on the faculty of the National Center for Advanced Medical Education and has taught at all the Chicago medical schools. He is a member of the Illinois State and American bar associations.
