TANJA M. COOK was a partner with the Theis Law Firm, P.C., in Granite City for ten years and is now practicing, as an associate, with Lueders, Robertson & Konzen, LLC. Ms. Cook practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate. She also has been the Assistant City Attorney for Granite City, Illinois since 2005. KONZEN has been the city attorney for Granite City, Illinois, with Lueders, Robertson & Konzen, LLC, since 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Konzen was the assistant city attorney from 1987 to 2005. He practices in the areas of environmental law, employment and municipal law, general practice, commercial litigation and probate. Mr. Konzen is a member of the Tri-Cities, Madison County, Illinois State and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University. Mr. Konzen has extensive experience in his areas of practice, having advised several Illinois municipal governments, including a township, specials districts and villages, on a broad range of matters since 1987. UNTRESS L. QUINN is an attorney with Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, in Belleville, Illinois, where he is involved with all aspects of trial work. Mr. Quinn's practice includes general liability, personal injury, commercial, municipal and professional liability, and medical malpractice litigation. He also is a registered nurse with more than ten years extensive experience in both medical and surgical settings. He is a member of the St. Clair County, Illinois State, American and National bar associations. TODD W. SIVIA is an attorney with Sivia Business & Legal Services, P.C., in Edwardsville, Illinois. He practices in the areas of business law, estate planning, estate administration and probate, commercial litigation, real estate and construction law, criminal defense and mediation. Mr. Sivia also is an adjunct professor at the St. Louis School of Law and former assistant city attorney for the city of Edwardsville.
